Moderate: Full refund if canceled 7 days before check-in.
Strict: 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before check-in. No refund if canceled within 14 days of check-in.

Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, MH.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in and check-out times are specified by the host and must be adhered to.
Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to show respect for hosts, property, and local communities.
Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the host's property and may be charged accordingly.
Safety: Guests are advised to take all necessary safety precautions and follow any instructions provided by the host.

Host Eligibility: Only MTDC-certified hosts will be considered. An initial physical inspection by our team is mandatory for all potential hosts before listing their property.
Listing Accuracy: Hosts must provide accurate and truthful descriptions and photos of their listings.
Pricing: Hosts have the right to set their own pricing but must honor all confirmed bookings.
Safety and Cleanliness: Hosts are required to maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic environment for guests.
Communication: Hosts must respond to guest inquiries and booking requests in a timely manner.
Guest Vetting: Cultural Cruise with Kerron is not responsible for vetting guests, but hosts should take appropriate precautions.

This agreement outlines the terms of the partnership between Cultural Cruise with Kerron and the host.

Service Provided: Cultural Cruise with Kerron provides a platform for hosts to list their properties for guest bookings.
Commission: Cultural Cruise with Kerron will charge a predetermined commission on each confirmed booking.
Payment to Hosts: Payments to hosts will be processed after the guest's check-in, minus the commission.
Indemnification: The host agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cultural Cruise with Kerron from any claims or damages arising from the host's negligence or actions.
Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of India, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, MH.
